上班的 第一件事，要打开窗(windowing )户还是先开冷气呢？

将通风率提高两倍后，员工的 决策表现提高了8%，这相当于每位员工每年可以多创造6500美元(USD)的 产值。同时也明显的 提升了员工的 工作效率(efficiency)。办公室通风除了为员工带来新鲜空气之外，也能减少办公环境中挥发性有机化合物的 浓度，经由呼吸道传染的 病菌（fungus)，因此，员工请病假的 机率也降低（reduce)了。
藉由开启气窗进行自然通风的 方式，相较于主动式的 通风设备来说成本低，又能带来有效的 换气效果。
在韩国近畿道的 一家电源供应机公司，为了解决办公室长年来通风不佳的 情况，将办公室气窗全面改装为电动开窗(windowing )机。
